March Madness
Going 3-1 in pool play the Lady Mustangs advanced to the Championship game in their first tourney of the season.  Overcoming a poor shooting game, strong defense only allowing 7 pts in the second half against an agressive Dalton Fire team, paved the way to victory.
LFO Warrior Shootout 2016
The Lady Mustangs dominated pool play posting three double digit victories, including a strong performance over the NWGA Elite squad in the final game.  The Championship game was a defensive battle with the TN Xtreme.  The Mustangs were not able to get a shot to fall in the last three posessions and came up short finishing as Runner Up for this tournament.
3rd Annual Clinch Valley Classic
The Lady Mustangs claimed their second tournament championship of the season defeating the TN Force in the final game with a dominating man to man defensive effort.
Ricky Taylor 64
The Lady Mustangs claimed their third tournament championship playing shorthanded on the weekend.  Going 3-1 in the tournament, the Mustangs revenged an opening game loss to the Saints in the Championship Game.  The TEAM really came together to overcome adversity to finish with this Trophy.
Battle in the Boro 2016
The Lady Mustangs headed to Nashville to play in one of the largest national tournaments in the Country.  College coaches from UConn, Tennessee, Wisconsin, and 700 other schools were in attendance actively watching 550 teams from all over the country.  We played teams from Pittsburgh, South Carolina, Texas, Boston and Miami, going 2-3 on the weekend.  Great showing considering we did not have one post player, facing teams with multiple 6' players.  A little better from the line and we would have gone 3-2 against very strong competition.
